REGISTRATION FEES

Registration is required for all conference participants. 

Registration for IEEE RO-MAN 2022 can be made through the registration website, or on-site at the conference registration desk.

In case of issues or questions regarding registration procedure of RO-MAN 2022, please e-mail to registration@ro-man2022.org with subject “registration”.

MAIN CONFERENCE

Schema 1

Registrations include the registration kit, coffee breaks and farewell reception. We reached the full capacity for the welcome reception and the banquet.

ONLINE ATTENDANCE ONLY

These fees are for online participants and they also include participation in workshops and tutorials. If you are attending online the workshop only, these fees include the conference and all workshops attendance online, regardless if you are presenting or not at one of the workshops. If you are registered also as an author at the main conference but you are attending online, you should pay the discounted “author online fee” for the workshops as shown below.

WORKSHOPS AND TUTORIALS

Tutorials and Workshops Speakers who attend Tutorials and Workshops in-person and all the RO-MAN authors need to pay the full registration fee for the main conference. 
Once registered for workshops and tutorials, any workshop and/or tutorial can be attended.

Workshops and/or Tutorials Invited Speakers

(the list of Invited Speakers and their corresponding Invited Technical Talks should be available at the respective W/T webpage)

 

There are special rules for invited speakers* in-person:

– An W/T Invited Speaker who is already registered for the Main Conference does not need to pay the Workshop/Tutorial Fee.
– If you are an Invited Speaker at a W/T and you are only able to attend one-day workshops in-person, you can contact us by email to registration@ro-man2022.org to apply for a workshop only registration.

 

*organisers of workshops that attend online only can be considered as invited speakers.

 

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellations on or before July 1, 2022, registration fees will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee (80 €). Please note that all refunds will be made after the conference. After July 1, 2022, your registration fee will NOT be refunded. In any cases, if your registration is used to upload your contribution for RO-MAN 2022, your registration fee cannot be refunded.
In case of workshop and/or tutorial cancellations, the workshop/tutorial registration fee will not be refunded.

 

Disclaimer: The organizers of RO-MAN 2022 wish to obtain your prior understanding that we will not be held liable for any damages incurred by participants (such as participating fees, transportation expenses, lodging expenses) as a result of a partial revision or cancellation of all or any of the content of the meeting that occurs due to reasons beyond our control, such as act of providence, outbreak of an infectious disease, or suspension of services by the venue and transportation networks.

Liability and Insurance

Conference fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants purchase their insurances in their country of origin. Organizing Institutions are not able to take any responsibility, whatsoever, for injury or damage to people or property during the meeting.
